The broad and interdisciplinary field of Landscape Architecture also requires an understanding of architecture, biology, wildlife, engineering, and urban and interior design, and has recently gained quite some traction in India.
A + D Design Studio was established in 2009 to provide full-service high-quality Landscape Master Planning and Landscape Architecture services for hotels, resorts, residential developments, urban projects, mixed‐use developments throughout India. A + D Design Studio is capable of providing solid design solutions for any type of landscape project. They approach each project individually, basing design decisions upon the underlying expressive power of a particular site in conjunction with the environment. In all of their work, they carefully assess the distinguishing spatial characteristics of a site, its connections to surrounding areas, local traditions and heritage, the natural environment, Ecological Restoration, and social and cultural values.
